Shipping and payment

We offer two options for shipping: Express and Standart

• Express - if speed is important. Delivery takes place as quickly and directly to your home or at the address you specify, but is more expensive.
• Standard - if speed is not so important. Delivery takes longer but is cheaper.
  Order will be waiting for you in the nearest post office after you will find in your mailbox (real, not e-mailbox :) a notice with a request to pick it up.
• Omniva/DPD parcel machine (Baltics countries only) – Get your order in Omniva/DPD parcel machine 24/7.

Please note:

• The planned delivery date is specified on the basis of information from the postal services and may change due to circumstances out of our control.
• We usually send the goods not later then on the next business day after payment receiving.
• For Latvian customers: If you chose "without delivery", the order should be picked up at our office at Zvaigžņu 21-3, Rīga, on business days from 9:30 to 17.30. In this case, the order must be paid in cash.

When you are filling out order form you will see several payment options. Today it is:

• e-Bank or Banklink. - We recommend this method for all clients who have an account in the Baltic banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, LHV.
• Bank transfer (invoice). We recommend this method for all clients who do not have an account with the above banks.
   Update: due to new The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) initiative for the European financial infrastructure, all payments in EURO insude Europe will be as cheap&fast as domestic payments.
• Payment Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). We also recommend this method for all customers.
• Cash or credit card. This method can only select clients from Latvia, who pick up an order at our office.
• Gift Cards. You do not have a specific idea of what to gift? Or do you doubt your choice and think that someone whom you plan to make gift will make better choice? Now you can solve these problems quickly and easily using the our new service - Gift Cards!
